  I can highly recommend this shop especially if you are an older women taking up cycling. The girl who served me was patient and polite she was focused on helping me. I was worried about going into a cycling shop to buy a bike as an older person because often I have found younger sales people to be in a hurry and not interested. Not the case here. I even had a trial cycle in the car park to work out if everything was ok and she fitted my drink bottle holder., and she helped me put the bike in my car... Don't go past 99 cycles on Marion road especially if like me you are new at all this. You will find a warm welcome and very helpful staff. Phyllis.

  I also had a further experience with a recall of the Merida bike I purchased. Craig talked over some options and throughout he whole process, the customer experience was always his priority. He was able to get me a chance over bike and back on he road in no time. Very happy with the bike I have now and I cannot say enough about the work Craig and his team put into customer service. Great team representing a great company.

  I recently purchased a ride bike from the 99 Bikes store at Marion, South Australia. The sales person John was extremely helpful with knowledge and advice as to which bike would be the most suitable. The overall process was fantastic with the bike measured and fitted for my height and measurements. The bike was also given a quick service by the workshop team. I can't talk highly enough of John's and the help from the team in the store and would recommend anyone getting down to the store if you are in the market.

  Went in for a quick shop-around. Was greeted well by John - spoke in depth about powermetres. Very knowledgeable young man and takes pride in working there. For any of your bike needs this place is a must.
